ANGELA CARROLL - PASTRY CHEF & SMALL BATCH BAKER

Hi! I´m Angela and I bake scones and specialise in Afternoon Tea style baking & experiences.
I started Rooftop Tea as a side-hustle back in 2014 & spent time perfecting my recipes, developing the brand and gradually growing a lovely community whilst hosting Afternoon Tea events in cool spaces around the city.
After training as a professional pastry chef here in Barcelona, I quit my job and went all in, working from a cute commercial kitchen in one of my favourite neighbourhoods, Gràcia.
As a result of Covid I started selling carefully curated Tea Boxes and can now finally offer you online ordering & delivery 4 days a week so you can enjoy freshly baked scones with cream & jam at home or create a unique Afternoon Tea with friends or family.
